The ITEM SETUP SHEET enables you to copy and paste existing data into IMS.
When you click the button, your data is moved to both the ITEM SUMMARY SHEET and the INVENTORY IN SHEET.
As you can see, the ITEM SETUP SHEET moved the data above to both the ITEM SUMMARY SHEET and the INVENTORY IN SHEET.
The TRANSFER IN SHEET makes adding stock a breeze.

Just enter the number of cases, and IMS will do the math for you.
When you click the button CLICK HERE TO TRANSFER IN,
the data is moved to the INVENTORY IN SHEET.
Here is the data that has been transfered to the INVENTORY IN SHEET:
The GREEN BACKGROUND indicates items with a lower cost then on the ITEM SUMMARY SHEET.
The TRANSFER OUT SHEET makes decreasing stock levels a snap.
In the example below, we created a kit named BEER BLAST.
Each kit contains 90 items, and we are making 10 kits.
When I click the button CLICK HERE TO TRANSFER OUT,
IMS will move the correct number of items to the INVENTORY OUT sheet.

Finally, the ORDER REPORT provides a list of what you need to order, based on your On Hand and Max Stock quantities.
